Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy is a gentle, body-centered healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, grounding, and inner quiet.
During the session, therapeutic bowls are placed on and around the body and gently activated to create vibrational tones. These vibrations travel though the body, moving through muscle, tissue, and the nervous system in a way that many people experience as settling, soothing and deeply restorative. As the vibrations resonate, the body is invited to soften, the breath naturally slows, and the mind has space to rest.
While some people are familiar with sound baths, this work is more personal and inward. The experience is quiet, attentive, and guided by presence rather than performance. Many describe this experience as similar to receiving a massage from the inside out while entering a supported meditative state. Supported, held, and gently guided inward through sound and vibration rather than touch.
There is nothing you need to do and nothing you need to understand ahead of time. Each session is simply an invitation to arrive as you are and allow your body to reconnect with its own rhythm, balance, and capacity for ease.
Each session is offered with care, respect, and attunement to your individual experience.
